From group exercise classes, to informational learning sessions, we have in-person group classes to benefit you and help you heal your pelvic floor. This is a great way to get introduced to pelvic floor concepts like diaphragmatic breathing and how the body is connected to your pelvic floor. Meet our therapists in a group setting and get tips that will help you beyond the class. We are conveniently located in Dallas off Swiss Avenue.
